Recap: Olympic Trojans vs. Ardrey Kell Knights

The Olympic Trojans''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their sixth straight loss. They suffered a tough 34-14 loss at the hands of Ardrey Kell. Olympic gained 276 more yards on the day, but it was Ardrey Kell that made the best of use of them.

Olympic's loss came despite strong showings from Alex Wiley iv and Chance Cato. Wiley iv picked up 95 receiving yards and a touchdown, while Cato threw for 375 yards and two touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes.

Ardrey Kell's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Chancellor Bryant led the charge by picking up 65 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Hudson Rollar got in on the action as well, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Olympic's loss was their eighth straight on the road (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 2-7. Admittedly, the team was facing some tough opposition over that stretch, including 11-1 Olympic and 11-2 Independence (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 66.1% over those games).
