 Mulvane lost against McPherson on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Monday. The Mulvane Wildcats lost  10-1 to the McPherson Bullpups. Mulvane has not had much luck with McPherson recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
 For McPherson's part, they let  Brock Richardson and  Carter Allen loose on the outfield. Richardson  went 2-for-4 with a  home run and three  RBI, while  Allen  got on base  in all five of his plate appearances with three  RBI and a  double.  Brody Seidl was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
 Mulvane's loss dropped their record down to 9-4-2. As for McPherson, they pushed their record up to 15-6 with that  win, which was their fifth straight  on the road.
 Mulvane will  face off against Andover Central on Wednesday. The pair have allowed few  runs on average, (Mulvane: 2.3, Andover Central: 3.2) so any  runs scored will be well earned. As for McPherson, they will look to defend their home field  on Monday against Andale. McPherson is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.3  runs per game  this season.
