Softball Recap: Armstrong Comes Up Short

Armstrong lost against Westville back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Trojans came up short against the Tigers, falling 13-1. That's two games in a row now that the Trojans have lost by exactly 12 runs.

Armstrong now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Westville, their victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Armstrong is set to face off against their familiar foe Georgetown-Ridge Farm at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Westville will square off against rival Milford at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
