The victory was all the more spectacular given the Rams' disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 75th in Florida, while the Bulls are ranked 19th in North Carolina).

Meanwhile, Downey Christian came up short against Specially Fit Academy on Tuesday and fell 72-60.

Southern Coast Academy National is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 81.3 points per game. As for Downey Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 12-9.
