Saguaro won the last time they faced St. Mary and things went their way on Thursday too. The Sabercats narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Knights 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Sabercats have posted since September 21, 2024.

The win made it two in a row for Saguaro and bumps their season record up to 9-10. As for St. Mary's, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-8 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Saguaro will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Cactus Shadows at 6:00 p.m. on the 20th. As for St. Mary's, after both having extra time off, they and Marcos de Niza will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
