Football Recap: West Branch Starts Season with Defeat at Home

West Branch unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 34-12 to Everett on Friday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it 11 in a row.

Although West Branch took the loss, they still got scores from Brayden Williamson and Coby Kephart.

Coming up, West Branch is taking a road trip to square off against Cameron County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Everett, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Moshannon Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
