Soccer Recap: Forest Hills Takes a Loss

If Forest Hills was feeling good fresh off their 4-0 takedown of Monroe last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Yellow Jackets fell 3-1 to the Parkwood Wolf Pack on Thursday. Forest Hills were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Parkwood apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Forest Hills dropped their record down to 4-7 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Parkwood, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-7-1.

Looking ahead, Forest Hills will be playing in front of their home fans against Mount Pleasant at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Parkwood, they are taking a road trip to challenge West Stanly at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
