Two dominant signal callers in Brady Trebley and Quentin Klee are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Cascade Cadets will host the Guerin Catholic Golden Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cascade knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past 11 matchups -- so hopefully Guerin Catholic likes a good challenge.
Cascade is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They blew past Tri-West Hendricks 45-14. The result was nothing new for the Cadets, who have now won ten contests by 31 points or more so far this season.

Cascade's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lucas Farmer, who rushed for 156 yards and one TD on only 13 carries, and also caught one score. That's the most rushing yards Farmer has posted since back in August of 2024. Another back making a difference was Dayton Mink, who rushed for 158 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Cascade proved: they limited Tri-West Hendricks to a paltry 3.3 yards per carry. The team can thank Farmer for the heroic effort on defense: he. Cascade didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 8.2.
Cascade didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Bentley McClellan, Farmer, Michael Langley, and Delton Howrey picked up one apiece.
Meanwhile, a well-balanced attack led Guerin Catholic over Crawfordsville in every quarter on their way to victory on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Golden Eagles blew the Athenians out of the water with a 45-7 final score. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Golden Eagles had established a 31-point advantage.
Cascade better keep an eye on Jack Linden. He was instrumental in Guerin Catholic's win, rushing for 126 yards and four TDs. They also got help from Isaiah Lewis, who showed off his sure hands for 81 receiving yards.
Cascade pushed their record up to 11-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.6 points over those games. As for Guerin Catholic, their record is now 7-4.
