Football Recap: Bear Creek Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Bear Creek played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 49-14 defeat at the hands of the Dakota Ridge Eagles. The Bears haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Bear Creek's loss came despite strong showings from Riley Wilson and Kamari May. Wilson rushed for 68 yards and one touchdown, while May picked up 80 receiving yards and one score.

Even if they lost, Bear Creek's defensive line still kept up the pressure with three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Alexander Greer, Jonah Hernandez, and Izayah Medina, who each picked up one sack apiece. Bear Creek got some further help from Greer: he picked up a sack and made ten total tackles.

Bear Creek's record is now 6-4. As for Dakota Ridge, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

As of now, neither Bear Creek nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
