Soccer Game Preview: South Florence vs. Hartsville

The South Florence Bruins will square off against the Hartsville Red Foxes at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with South Florence sitting on five straight victories and Hartsville on four.

South Florence is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They blew past Lower Richland 9-1 on Friday. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 6-0.

Meanwhile, Hartsville was not the first on the board last Friday, but they got there more often. They were the clear victors by a 7-4 margin over Lakewood. Hartsville might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by three goals or more this season.

South Florence pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those three matches. As for Hartsville, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.
