Meanwhile, West Union was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 54-52 heartbreaker at the hands of Whiteoak.

Eastern is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.5 points per game. As for West Union, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.
