Basketball Game Preview: Cary Imps vs. Willow Spring Storm + How To Watch

Two dominant guards in Brandon Nixon and Dillon Robinson are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Cary Imps will be home for the holidays to greet the Willow Spring Storm at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Friday, Cary was able to grind out a solid win over Purnell Swett, taking the game 55-43.

Meanwhile, Willow Spring entered their matchup against Panther Creek on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Storm took a 72-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Catamounts.

Cary now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Willow Spring, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-2.

Cary couldn't quite finish off Willow Spring when the teams last played back in December of 2022 and fell 58-55. Thankfully for the Imps, Viktor Alao (who shot 53% from the field to rack up 18 points and eight rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
