Soccer Recap: Coshocton Comes Up Short

The home team had won the previous six meetings between Coshocton and Morgan, and Morgan kept the tradition alive. The Redskins fell 2-0 to the Raiders on Tuesday. Coshocton were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Morgan apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Coshocton's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-10-2. As for Morgan, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Coshocton will venture away from home to face off against Tri-Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Morgan, they will host Caldwell at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Morgan will be up against Caldwell's rather soft defense (which has allowed 11.08 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
