May River won the last time they faced Bishop England and things went their way on Friday too. The Sharks came out on top against the Battling Bishops by a score of 14-7. The victory was familiar territory for the Sharks, who have now won five matchups in a row.

Sean Mitchell had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 178 yards and two scores.

Mitchell was just one part of a punishing run game: May River was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 260 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 190 rushing yards in nine consecutive games dating back to last season.

May River's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Bishop England, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. May River will host Hilton Head Island at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
