There's no place like home for Grand View Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 47-28 win over the Perry Bluejays on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Thunder in their matchups with the Bluejays: they've now won five in a row.

Several Bluejays players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Lily Myers, who posted six points and nine rebounds. Myers has been hot recently, having posted nine or more boards the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Addison Perks, who scored nine points and four steals.

Grand View Christian's win bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Perry, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-15.

Coming up, Grand View Christian will venture away from home to challenge Central Decatur on Tuesday. As for Perry, they will welcome Webster City at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
