If Southeast Bulloch wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Portal, they should've done a better job of containing London Blackmon. The Portal Panthers took down the Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets 50-34 on Saturday thanks in part to Blackmon, who almost dropped a double-double on 11 points and nine rebounds. She has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last six times she's played.

Several Yellow Jackets players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Quentrell Reed, who posted 12 points. Ella Rae Jernigan was another key player, putting up eight points.

Portal's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Southeast Bulloch, they dropped their record down to 0-14 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home.

Portal has already played their next match, a 43-38 win against Claxton on the 28th. Southeast Bulloch has also already played their next game (against Liberty County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
