Volleyball Game Preview: West Jordan Jaguars vs. Stansbury Stallions

The West Jordan Jaguars will head out on the road to challenge the Stansbury Stallions at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

On Thursday, West Jordan got the win against East by a conclusive 3-0. The Jaguars haven't had any issues with the Leopards recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant West Jordan was: they took every set by at least 14 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-10, 25-10.

Meanwhile, Stansbury gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They blew past Cyprus 3-0.

Stansbury walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-22, 29-27.

West Jordan skirted past Stansbury 2-1 in their previous matchup back in September of 2018. Do the Jaguars have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Stallions turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
