Volleyball Recap: Fort Recovery Turns Things Around After Road Loss + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Fort Recovery, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Tri-Village Patriots on Saturday. The Indians have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Patriots, too.

While Fort Recovery won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-15, 26-24.

Cameron Muhlenkamp paced Fort Recovery's offense, picking up 12 kills. Muhlenkamp got some help from Kayden Ranly and her 27 assists. Ranly was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Fort Recovery has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-12 record this season. As for Tri-Village, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-11.

Looking ahead, Fort Recovery will take on Riverside in a tournament on Wednesday. The Indians are facing the Pirates at the right time seeing as the Pirates are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Tri-Village, they will be taking part in a tournament against Ansonia at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
