Basketball Recap: Shady Spring Starts off Right with Win over Herbert Hoover + How To Watch

Shady Spring had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They secured a 43-37 W over the Herbert Hoover Huskies on Saturday. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Huskies recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Despite the loss, Herbert Hoover still got an impressive performance from Riley Johnson, who posted 18 points. Mason Miller was another key player, putting up ten points.

Coming up, Shady Spring will head out on the road to challenge Morgantown at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Herbert Hoover, they will be home for the holidays to greet Calvary Baptist Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Huskies are facing the Patriots at the right time seeing as the Patriots are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
