Rolando Gutierrez Game Report: @ Fowler

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Rolando Gutierrez: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made four total tackles (1.0 for loss), but sadly McFarland still had to take a 41-21 loss at the hands of Fowler. We hope Gutierrez's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Gutierrez and McFarland will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mira Monte at 7:00 p.m. on the 7th. Sadly, Gutierrez's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Cougars' three-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Gutierrez and the Cougars surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into the 7th's match.
