Barrington came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with 11 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the North Smithfield Northmen by a score of 3-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2024.

Barrington was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 18-25, 25-22, 25-22.

Barrington was led to victory by Anna Muehlbauer and Maya Etheridge. Muehlbauer had eight digs and three aces, while Etheridge had nine aces and two assists. Muehlbauer is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served three or more in each of the last three games she's played. Emma McCrann was another key player, getting eight digs and two aces.

Barrington's win bumped their record up to 15-3. As for North Smithfield, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

As of now, neither Barrington nor the Northmen have any future games scheduled.
