It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Innovation can now relate to. They came up short against the Lake Buena Vista Vipers on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Bulls' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Despite the defeat, Innovation saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Santiago Perez had 15 digs.

Innovation now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Lake Buena Vista, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-13 record this season.

Innovation and Lake Buena Vista are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. The Bulls will square off against Lake Howell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Silverhawks will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Innovation surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lake Buena Vista, they will challenge Lyman at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
