Football Recap: John Carroll Catholic Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for John Carroll Catholic's offense. They fell 6-0 to the Westwood Panthers on Wednesday. The Rams haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

John Carroll Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Westwood, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

John Carroll Catholic wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 13-0 win against West Shore on the 3rd. As for Westwood, they will head out to face off against Jensen Beach at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Falcons' defense has only allowed 8.9 points per game this season, so the Panthers' offense will have their work cut out for them.
