Baseball Recap: Highland Comes Up Short

Highland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Goldendale Timberwolves, falling 16-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Timberwolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 28-2 on Tuesday.

Highland's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Goldendale, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-6.

Coming up, Highland will host Kittitas at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Goldendale, they will venture away from home to challenge Cle Elum-Roslyn at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
