Volleyball Recap: Dora Gets the Win

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Dora had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They skirted past the Cordova Blue Devils 3-2. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since September 20th, but that streak is no more.

Dora's victory bumped their record up to 17-15. As for Cordova, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 26-19 record this season.

After both having extra time off, Dora and St. John Paul II will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 9:45 a.m. on the 23rd. The Falcons will roll in looking for their 21st straight win, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight. Cordova does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
