Volleyball Recap: Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Comes Up Short

Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg lost against Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Fighting Saints came up short against the Jaguars, falling 3-0.

Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. As for Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa, they pushed their record up to 13-5 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg will venture away from home to take on Dawson-Boyd at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The last four games the Blackjacks have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa, they will head out on the road to challenge Royalton at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
