Basketball Recap: Cedartown Takes a Loss

Cedartown suffered their biggest loss since February 21, 2024 on Wednesday. They were beaten by the Hiram Hornets 72-36. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-40 back in December of 2024.

Cedartown's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Hiram, their victory bumped their record up to 9-13.

Cedartown will square off against Southeast Whitfield County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hiram has already played their next match (against Dalton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
