Basketball Recap: Perry County Central Comes Up Short

Perry County Central lost against Knott County Central back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Perry County Central Commodores fell 53-46 to the Knott County Central Patriots.

Perry County Central's loss dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Knott County Central, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Perry County Central will head out to challenge Owsley County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Owsley County will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Perry County Central surely won't give up without a fight. As for Knott County Central, they are taking a road trip to take on Letcher County Central at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
