Wake Christian Academy extended their home winning streak to 18 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Evann Curry. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the St. David's Warriors with a sharp 3-0 victory on Monday with plenty of help from Curry, who had 14 digs and four aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last eight games she's played.

Wake Christian Academy walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-18, 25-9.

Wake Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 21-7. As for St. David's, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.

Wake Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Trinity Academy on the 7th. As for St. David's, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Grace Christian on the 7th.
