Football Recap: Milton Hershey Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Milton Hershey had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They received a blow as they fell 42-26 to the Hershey Trojans. The loss continues a trend for the Spartans in their meetings with the Trojans: they've now lost four in a row.

Cameron Sweeney was nothing short of spectacular for Hershey: he rushed for 88 yards and four TDs on only six carries. Those four rushing touchdowns gave Sweeney a new career-high. Hershey also got a significant boost from Samir Edwards-Pace, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 89 yards.

Milton Hershey didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 22-7 defeat against Middletown on the 29th. As for Hershey, they have also already played their next contest, a 22-19 loss against Shippensburg on the 29th.
