Football Game Preview: Mary G. Montgomery Vikings vs. Baker Hornets + How To Watch

Two dominant backs in Kamron Smith and Jailen Wheeler are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Mary G. Montgomery Vikings will be playing at home against the Baker Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mary G. Montgomery will come into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.

On Friday, Mary G. Montgomery beat Fairhope 28-21.

Mary G. Montgomery found their leader in sophomore Smith, who picked up 75 receiving yards and one TD, and also rushed for 119 yards.

Mary G. Montgomery was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 211 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fairhope only rushed for 64.

Meanwhile, Baker took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 41-9 victory over Foley. The Hornets haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Mary G. Montgomery's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Baker, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.
