Volleyball Recap: Tennyson Takes a Loss

Tennyson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 18th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Arroyo Dons. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lancers of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Tennyson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Arroyo, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Tennyson and Encinal will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Arroyo, they will be playing in front of their home fans against San Lorenzo at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
