Baseball Recap: Piketon Takes a Loss

Piketon managed to slip by Paint Valley the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Redstreaks lost 10-0 to the Bearcats on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Redstreaks have suffered against the Bearcats since May 4, 2022.

Piketon's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-13. As for Paint Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 7-14.

Looking ahead, Piketon will venture away from home to take on Zane Trace at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Paint Valley, they will host Southeastern at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The last five games the Panthers have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
