Basketball Recap: Waterford Extends Home Winning Streak to Four

Waterford extended their home winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Anne Howard. The Waterford Ravens breezed by the Wasatch Academy Tigers to the tune of 70-9 on Thursday thanks in part to Howard, who went 8 of 13 en route to 18 points and three steals. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Lexee Hasebi was another key player, putting up ten points and six steals. Those six steals gave her a new career-high.

Waterford now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Wasatch Academy, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Waterford will square off against Maeser Prep Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Waterford is facing Maeser Prep Academy at the right time seeing as Maeser Prep Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Wasatch Academy has already played their next match (against Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
