Football Game Preview: Lee Generals vs. Abingdon Falcons + How To Watch

Lee hasn't had much luck against Abingdon recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Generals will be playing in front of their home fans against the Falcons at 7:00 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Lee and John Battle meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Thursday. The Generals took a 19-13 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trojans. While the Generals had to settle for second, they closed the game well in the third quarter, where they outscored the Trojans 7-0.

Meanwhile, Abingdon entered their matchup against Union on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Falcons took a blow against the Bears, falling 46-7. The Falcons were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 27-7.

Abingdon now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Lee, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
