Will Jones gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in April of 2024 on Friday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
