West Plains won the last time they faced Logan-Rogersville and things went their way on Friday too. The Zizzers strolled past the Wildcats with points to spare, taking the game 55-41.

Logan-Rogersville's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Gage Hale, who picked up 191 receiving yards and a pair of TDs. Hale's receiving production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 127 receiving yards. Sam Frieze was another key player, having thrown for 277 yards and two touchdowns.

West Plains now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Logan-Rogersville, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Looking ahead, West Plains will venture away from home to face off against Bolivar at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Logan-Rogersville, they will square off against Hillcrest at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wildcats will be up against the Hornets' rather soft defense (which has allowed 40.6 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
