Volleyball Recap: Fairmont Golden Tornadoes vs. Pender Patriots

Fairmont had to start their season on the road on Monday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Pender Patriots, falling 3-0. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Jensen Bordeaux had an outrageously good game for Pender as she had 38 digs, six kills, and three aces. Those 38 digs gave Bordeaux a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Eden Gurganous, who had 27 digs and two aces.
