Basketball Recap: Annapolis Comes Up Short

Annapolis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were dealt an 81-35 defeat at the hands of the Crestwood Chargers. The Cougars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Chargers earlier this season, when they won 52-48.

Annapolis' loss dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Crestwood, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-9.

Coming up, Annapolis will face off against Lutheran at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Crestwood, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 76-55 defeat against Lincoln Park on the 11th.
