Baseball Recap: Jordan Comes Up Short

Jordan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 9-0 to the Hutchinson Tigers. The Hubmen & Jaguars were not able to make up for their defeat to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in May of 2025.

Jordan's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Hutchinson, they moved to 2-6 with that win, which also ended their six-game losing streak.

Coming up, Jordan will head out to square off against Le Sueur-Henderson at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Giants' pitching crew has only allowed three runs per game this season, so the Hubmen & Jaguars' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Hutchinson, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Orono at 4:30 p.m. The Tigers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Spartans have averaged an impressive 12 runs per game this season.
