Basketball Recap: Hixson Picks Up Sixth Straight Win at Home

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Soddy Daisy, Hixson was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They managed a 45-40 victory over the Red Bank Lions. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Lions back in January, they had to take a 60-36 defeat.

Hixson pushed their record up to 15-10 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 19.7 points over those games. As for Red Bank, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Hixson nor Red Bank have any future games scheduled.
