Volleyball Game Preview: Fort Vancouver Trappers vs. Kalama Chinooks + How To Watch

Fort Vancouver hasn't had much luck against Kalama recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Trappers will take on the Chinooks at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Fort Vancouver came up short against Columbia on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, Kalama didn't have quite enough to beat Seton Catholic on Tuesday and fell 3-2.

Kalama actually scored more points across those five sets (105-102), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 27-25, 24-26, 11-25, 15-12.

Fort Vancouver will need to focus on slowing down Ady Davenport, one of several Kalama players who made an impact when they last played. She had 21 digs and three assists. Davenport is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last six games she's played.

Kalama's defeat dropped their record down to 13-4. As for Fort Vancouver, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12.

Fort Vancouver might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Kalama when the teams last played back in September. Can the Trappers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
