Salome skates past Bagdad with ease

In what's become a running theme this season, the Salome Frogs gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 46-17 victory over Bagdad at home. Salome is really starting to get used to good results now that the team's won 11 straight.
Leading Salome to victory were Kaniece Thomas and Grecia Leon. Thomas almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine rebounds, while Leon scored 18 points along with four steals. Leon is crushing the steal category: she's posted at least three every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Yareli Quiroz, who scored eight points along with three steals.
Salome is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season. As for Bagdad, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-11.
Salome does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Bagdad also has no future games currently scheduled.
