It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Columbus ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Lincoln North Star Navigators, sneaking past 2-1. The win continues a trend for Columbus in their matchups with Lincoln North Star: they've now won six in a row.

Antony Salazar and Savieon Rodriguez scored both of Columbus' goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Columbus now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Lincoln North Star, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
