Basketball Recap: Hillsboro's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Hillsboro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 65-51 to the St. Francis Borgia Knights.

Hillsboro's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 6-5. As for St. Francis Borgia, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hillsboro will face off against St. Vincent at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Francis Borgia, they will take on Westminster Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in St. Francis Borgia's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three contests.
