Basketball Recap: Genesee Valley Comes Up Short

Genesee Valley lost against Cuba-Rushford back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Genesee Valley Jaguars came up short against the Cuba-Rushford Rebels, falling 43-21.

Genesee Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Cuba-Rushford, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.

Coming up, Genesee Valley will head out on the road to take on Friendship at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Cuba-Rushford has already played their next game (against Genesee Valley/Belfast), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
