Soccer Recap: Perry vs. Madison
After flying high against Lakeside last Monday, Perry came back down to earth. The Perry Pirates lost 9-1 to the Madison Blue Streaks on Wednesday. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Pirates were already down 4-0.
Perry's loss dropped their record down to 5-10-2. As for Madison, their victory bumped their record up to 9-7-1.
Perry will head out to square off against Ravenna at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Madison, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Garrett Morgan at 7:00 p.m. Garrett Morgan is coming into the game with four straight defeats on the road, meaning Madison will have to defend against a team hungry for a win.
