Volleyball Game Preview: Steele Comets vs. Perrysburg Yellow Jackets

The Steele Comets will head out on the road to face off against the Perrysburg Yellow Jackets at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Last Monday, Steele came up short against Strongsville and fell 3-1. While the Comets didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Mustangs 25-18 in the first set.

Steele started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-17, 25-21, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Perrysburg strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against Swanton by a score of 3-1.

Steele's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Perrysburg, they pushed their record up to 10-0 with the victory, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Steele might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Perrysburg when the teams last played two weeks ago. Can the Comets avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
