Softball Recap: St. Augustine Yellow Jackets vs. Seabreeze Sandcrabs        
        
		
            
 St. Augustine came into Monday's   match having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They put the hurt on the Seabreeze Sandcrabs with a sharp  10-4 victory on Monday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as St. Augustine also won the last time the pair played  on April 8th.
  Kaylee Cline was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching seven innings while giving up  three earned  (and one unearned) runs off   seven  hits. Cline was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-4 with a  triple, a  run,  and  an  RBI.
 In other batting news,  LaDaisha Hilson was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with four  RBI, a  run,  and a  double.  Julia Hansen was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances.
 On Seabreeze's side,  Kyra McLin was cooking despite her team's loss,   scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances. McLin is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as she's  now  stolen two or more in the last three games she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Hannah Little, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 St. Augustine's win  ended  an  eight-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 3-18. As for Seabreeze, they have  not been sharp recently as the team has  lost 12 of their last 13 contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 3-15 record  this season.
 St. Augustine will head out on the road to  face off against  Beachside at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. St. Augustine will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  runs each  game than the last. As for Seabreeze, they will be playing at home against Taylor at 6:30  p.m.  on Wednesday.
