Soccer Recap: South Comes Up Short

South's game on Friday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Redondo Union Sea Hawks by a score of 1-0. The Spartans just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

South's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Redondo Union, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-3-2.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Palos Verdes the next time they take the pitch. South will host Palos Verdes at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Redondo Union will head out to face them at 3:15 p.m. on Friday.
